Custom Orders: Assembled computers, security systems, and special orders may require additional processing time.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Standard Delivery: 4-7 business days (depending on the location).
Express Delivery: 1-3 business days (available for select locations at an additional charge).
International Shipping: 7-15 business days (depending on customs clearance and shipping carrier).
Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: Charges are calculated based on the product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
Free Shipping: Available on select products and promotional offers.
Express Shipping: Additional charges apply for urgent deliveries.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor the shipment’s progress.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for verification.
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement/refund as applicable.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for select locations. Additional charges may apply.
8. Undelivered Orders & Reattempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal, the courier may make one or two additional attempts. If the order remains undelivered:
✅ It will be returned to us.
✅ A re-shipping fee may apply for a second attempt.
9. International Shipping Terms
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
